Product details
I. overview
XM series digital display regulator is produced according to the national standard "digital indicator for industrial process measurement and control system", and adopts the novel and unique circuit design principle and original structure. Its structure and circuit are very simple, so it has high reliability, good earthquake resistance and convenient use and maintenance.
This instrument has the function of 0-10mA or 4-20mA constant current output. It can form a brief regulating system with the actuator or an automatic control system with a direct computer. It does not need to be equipped with a transmitter. It provides convenience for the multi parameter control of industrial process. At the same time, it has the function of two position and three position time ratio PID regulation.
This instrument is suitable for measuring and controlling various parameters of industrial process. It can be used with the following sensors and transmitters or receive the following signals. The measured physical quantities are displayed directly by numbers.
a. Thermocouple or radiation temperature sensor;
b. A sensor whose resistance changes due to thermal resistance;
c. Hall pressure transmitter or sensor transmitter with DC change;
d. Resistance remote pressure gauge;
e. Standardized analog DC electrical signals (type II, type III) or other DC signals.

Note: 1. The new index number is used for general orders, and the old index number is in brackets. If the user really needs to make special order processing.
2. The specifications listed in Table 2 are for reference only. Users can indicate them when ordering as required.
3. For transmitter remote pressure gauge, input signal range category, display range range and unit symbol shall be indicated when ordering. All kinds of measured physics are converted into voltage, resistance and current input by sensor or transmitter, transformed into unified MV signal by input circuit, sent to amplifier for amplification, and linearized to make the measured and signal linear relationship, and then output by output circuit in three ways. Send a / D A / D converter one way. The converter has the circuit of decoding drive, automatic zero adjustment, polarity display and so on. It directly drives the led to display the measured signal with digital. One way of V / I conversion and power amplification, constant current output. The other circuit sends the comparison circuit to compare with the setting value and uses the contact signal as the regulating output through the executive circuit.
