Description:




Widely used in textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, plastics, rubber, ceramics, aluminum alloy, granary and other departments. It can measure the surface temperature of solid media of various shapes, the temperature of liquid, gas, rubber and the inside of granary; it has a wide range of use, is not limited by the shape of the object surface, and is easy to carry, especially in the processing site and flow operation.




Range: 0-600 ℃ for static solid surface temperature measurement. Such as mold, extrusion cylinder, plate, glassware, pipeline, boiler, electrical appliance, aluminum ingot, welding and other surface temperature.




SW-2 type portable digital display surface thermometer, which is a portable digital instrument with K-type thermocouple as primary sensing element, consists of SW-2 type digital display instrument and wrnm series thermocouple probe;
Wrnm series K-type thermocouples are common with SW-2 digital display instrument. Changing various types of thermocouples can measure static surface, moving or rotating body surface, liquid, air temperature and internal temperature of other media rapidly, accurately and stably. The user can choose the right thermocouple according to the measured medium. Now the wrnm series thermocouple probe is introduced as follows:




1： Wrnm-201 type straight handle roller surface thermocouple: it can be used to measure the surface temperature of rubber mixer, calender roller, corrugator roller, moving and rotating objects without stopping




2： Wrnm-206 injection thermocouple: measure the temperature measurement of rubber compound, tape, rubber plate, tire and insertable internal objects.




3： Wrnm-102 pipe type surface thermocouple: measure the solid surface temperature of vulcanizer plate, hot press plate, mold surface and various heaters.




4： Wrnm-202 straight handle surface thermocouple: suitable for static solid surface measurement. Such as: mold, glassware, mold; bearing, motor, pipe outer wall, boiler outer wall, machine tool, aluminum ingot, welding and other hot body surface temperature.




5： Wrnm-205 sheet thermocouple: suitable for temperature measurement of various mechanical equipment and other slits. Wrnm-205 is 45mm in length, 1mm in thickness and 10mm in width.




6： Wrnm-104 bar type thermocouple: suitable for liquid and gas measurement.  Such as: water, oil, small hole, powder, flame, aluminum water temperature measurement. Wrnm-104 is 3mm in shape and diameter and 200mm in even length. The thermocouple can be lengthened according to the user's requirements, and the price is calculated separately.




7： Wrnm-104 bar type high temperature thermocouple: bar type, which can measure high temperature of glass liquid, aluminum water, quenching liquid, copper liquid and various alloy melt. Wrnm-104 thermocouple, even length 400mm, diameter 6mm, the thermocouple can be extended according to the user's needs, and the price is calculated separately




8： Wrnm-301 fixed thermocouple: the thermocouple can be fixed in the tested object. It is suitable for the temperature measurement of heating solid, mould, barrel and other heating bodies.
