I. usage

WSS □ - series bimetal thermometer is a kind of industrial instrument for on-site detection, which can directly read the temperature in the measured gas, liquid and steam from the reading panel. It is suitable for on-site temperature measurement and control in the medium and low temperature environment of petrochemical, mine, metallurgy, textile, military, pharmaceutical, food and other departments. This series of products have the advantages of sensitive response, easy reading, anti vibration, no mercury damage, stable performance, long service life, and the protection level of the shell reaches IP65, which can be widely used instead of the industrial mercury glass thermometer.

Two, structure

Bimetal thermometer is composed of bimetal temperature sensing element, supporting tube, connecting device, indicator panel, etc. The bimetal temperature sensing element is made of multi circle straight spiral bimetal, one end is fixed, the other end (free end) is connected to the spindle. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing element rotates, and the spindle drives the pointer to indicate the temperature of the measured medium on the indicator disk. Bimetal thermometer can be divided into axial type (angle type), radial type (diameter), 135 ° type and universal type according to its structural form; it can be divided into four types according to its function: common type (single index), live contact, remote transmission function and night light.

Four、 Use and maintenance

1. During the storage, use and installation of bimetal thermometer, it is necessary to avoid colliding with the supporting pipe, bending and deformation of the supporting pipe and using the case wrench.

2. All kinds of bimetal thermometers should not be used to measure the temperature of the medium in the open container. Live contact thermometers are not allowed to work under strong vibration to avoid affecting the reliability of the contact.

3. When the pressure is greater than 1.5MPa, JX series protective pipe shall be selected.
