Instructions for use of tubular electric heating elements


1. Components are allowed to operate under the following conditions


(1) The relative humidity of air shall not be more than 95%;


(2) The working voltage shall not be more than 1.1 times of the rated value, and the enclosure shall be effectively grounded.


2. When the heating medium is liquid, the effective length (H1 or L1) of the element must be completely immersed in the liquid. The heating part of the element shall be at a certain distance from the vessel wall, generally more than 50-60mm.


3. Elements for heating liquids shall not be used to heat gases or solids.


4. If any scale or carbon deposit is found on the surface of the heating liquid element, it shall be cleaned before use, so as not to affect the service life of the element and reduce the thermal efficiency.


5. When smelting light metals or nitrates, alkalis, asphalt, paraffin, etc. are solid, heating shall be carried out, and the pressure shall be reduced to start, and the solid heating medium can only be raised to the rated voltage after melting.

The maximum allowable operating temperature is 400 ℃. A minimum air flow rate of 3 M / s through the surface of the heating tube is recommended.


The basic structure of continuous spiral stainless steel warped piece is fixed on the surface of 16mm diameter tubular element by copper welding, with warped piece diameter of 6.8mm and spiral pitch of 3.5mm.

Tube electric heating elements for jgx nitrate solution and JGJ alkali solution:


Jgx tubular electric heating element is made of stainless steel, which is suitable for heating nitrate solution; JGJ tubular electric heating element is made of 10 steel, which is suitable for heating alkali solution; the maximum medium temperature is 500-550 ℃












Jgy tubular heating element:


Jgy tubular electric heating element is suitable for heating devices of various equipment, and the pipe material is No. 10 steel. Jgy2 (3) is used for heating in open or closed oil tanks, with the maximum medium temperature of 300 ℃. Jgy4 is used for heating circulating oil with the highest medium temperature of 100 ℃. 1、 Product classification:

Thread mounted single head electric heating pipe


Structure: a male (British) hollow bolt with hexagon head (for fastening) of different sizes (to be determined by the customer) is welded on the wiring part of single head electric heating pipe. It can also be divided into two types: upward and downward.
